自 2024 年 12 月 5 日起，香港地區的勞力士授權經銷商（AD）將停止隨腕錶附贈 白吊牌（White Tags）。白吊牌包含條碼、型號、序號等關鍵資訊，具高度防偽性，且無法補發。

此政策已在 日本、美國、加拿大 等地實行多年，未來將逐步推廣至全球。取消的白吊牌將由經銷商保留，並交回勞力士總公司統一管理。

此舉旨在優化銷售與管理流程，與國際標準接軌。消費者應妥善保存證書及相關文件，以確保售後服務順利進行。

Rolex Announces Update to White Tag Policy

Effective December 5, 2024, authorized Rolex dealers (AD) in Hong Kong will no longer provide White Tags with their timepieces. These White Tags, which include essential information such as barcodes, model numbers, and serial numbers, are highly secure and cannot be reissued.

This policy has been in place for several years in markets such as Japan, the United States, and Canada, and will be gradually implemented worldwide. The removed White Tags will be retained by authorized dealers and returned to Rolex headquarters for centralized management.

This initiative is designed to enhance sales and management processes while aligning with international standards. Customers are strongly encouraged to safeguard their certificates and related documentation to ensure seamless after-sales service.
